GAP Insurance

Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP) Insurance - Combines Finance and Purchase Price Protection

GAP insurance is designed to protect you against a financial shortfall in the event of a total loss due to Fire, Theft, Accident or Accidental Damage.

If your vehicle is written off and you had purchased it from a motor dealer with cash or on a finance agreement, the policy will pay the shortfall between the motor insurance settlement figure and the purchase price of your vehicle or, if greater, the early settlement amount that you owe to your finance company.

If your vehicle is an electric vehicle and the battery is subject to a separate lease/contract hire agreement the policy will pay the shortfall between the motor insurer’s total loss settlement of the battery and the early termination charge that you owe to your lease company.

Pedal Cycle

This policy is designed to provide you with either a repair or the replacement of your bicycle.
